One of the scanned pages of my sketchbook i have opened it up in illustrator and re-created using the pen tool and using a rounded stroke on the ends. I then transfered it into photoshop, and using the magic wand tool to select all the letters, I then used modify - contract so the selection made was no smaller and I erased the space so I ended up with a hollow version of this type.
